Kasi masayang magbakasyon
Masaya naman kasi talagang magbakasyon.
Apat na araw lang akong nakahilata sa bahay. Ang saya-saya nang wala kang ginagawa, pero nakakabahala na sa pagbalik mo ay kung anu-ano na naman ang tatambad sa iyo.

Being the grand divine rest period, I was watching [pirated] DVDs of Peanuts cartoons yesterday. I have only started with two DVDs, and started to scan the rest of the 20-disc set. The last disc contained contemporary song numbers, and saw the infamous discussion of Peppermint Patty and Charlie Brown under the tree.
PP: You know what I don’t understand, Chuck? I don’t understand love. Explain love to me Chuck.
CB: I can't explain love... It's like when you happen to see this cute girl walk by...
PP: What do you mean, “If you happen to see a this cute little girl walk by”? Why does she have to be cute? Can’t someone fall in love with a girl who isn’t cute, and has freckles and a big nose? Explain that, Chuck!
CB: Okay, let's say this girl comes by with freckles and a great big nose...
PP: I didn’t say a great big nose. So, Chuck, do you think you’ll ever get married? Well, what kind of girl do you think you’ll marry?
CB: Well, I suppose so... Whenever I'm depressed or down, she would be the kind of girl that would cuddle me and call me poor sweet baby.
(Peppermint Patty then launches into song, and cuddles Charlie Brown)
PP: What do you mean she’d be the kind of girl who would call you “Poor Sweet Baby?” You’re very strange. "
CB: It's not only difficult to talk about love, you can't even talk about it!
I was crying when I watched that. I suppose it would be normal (?) that pet names are thrown about during a relationship. I didn't have one. Ever.
I always wanted to be called "Snowflake" for the following reasons:
- Extremely white and unique
- I'm as persistent as dandruff
- I'm a flake (haha)

Holy shit. You know, napaiyak din ako dahil sa lecheng Peanuts na yan. It was this time when Charlie Brown went to camp, but was soon sent home because his name was mentioned during a commotion at the girls' camp.
And it turned out that the hubbub was caused by Peppermint Patty, because she finally saw the little, red-haired girl that Charlie Brown had always spoken of. And when she saw the little red-haired girl, she just broke down and cried.
Peppermint Patty spoke to Linus later, and she said (not reproduced verbatim), "I saw her, Linus. And she sparkled. I'll never sparkle like that. My nose is too big. I'm a mud fence, I'm a plain Jane. I feel like the girl who went to her backyard to eat worms. Nobody is ever going to look at me the way Chuck looked at that girl."
And then Linus leans over and kisses her on the cheek. And Peppermint Patty is taken aback, and she says, "You kissed me, Linus!" And Linus says, "One day, someone is going to look at you and say, Behold, a great beauty!"
Wala lang, that killed me. I cried buckets. Tangina, haba ng comment ko.
